A) HOW DO I JOIN CYK SMILE REWARDS PROGRAM?
This rewards program will be available for every email registered with CYK and with spending on www.cykfoodway.com.

B) HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

There are multiple ways to earn points and this can be earned directly on CYK website.

Points are awarded upon payment, usually within 1 working day after payment.

C) WHAT CAN I REDEEM WITH THE POINTS?

You can redeem cash e-vouchers and apply during check-out.

The more points you have, the greater value you can redeem!

D) CAN I APPLY MULTIPLE VOUCHERS IN ONE ORDER?

You can only apply 1 (one) voucher in one order.

E) IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER TO APPLY THE VOUCHER DURING CHECK-OUT?

There is no min. order to use the voucher.

However min. order (before applying voucher) for home delivery is RM50 for PG Island and RM80 for PG Mainland.

F) HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

You will be able to see a green icon at the bottom left. 

Click on this and you will be able to see, earn more points, redeem vouchers or check the history.

G) HOW DO I EARN MORE POINTS BASED ON (B) ABOVE?

As you click on CYK SMILE Rewards Icon, navigate to 'Ways To Earn'.

Tips: For existing CYK local customers who already followed or liked us on Insta/FB, you can 'unfollow' and 'follow us again. 

Points will be automatically credited to your account. (one-time)

H) WILL I EARN CYK SMILE POINTS FOR AN ORDER WHICH I AM USING ANOTHER CASH VOUCHER / PROMO CODE? 

Points are awarded based on net deducted amount, before shipping or tax fee.

I) IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE ON THE POINTS?  

As CYK SMILE Rewards is newly launched in 2021, we currently do not have expiry date to the points you earned.

J) CAN I CREATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS TO ENJOY MORE REWARDS? 

CYK continues to explore other exciting reward programs for our loyal customers.

You will certainly enjoy better rewards if you accumulate your spend and points under 1 account (email address).

K) I CANNOT SEE MY POINTS, MISSING POINTS OR NOT GETTING MY POINTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
