Cooking Instructions
For 1 to 3 people
Prepared 1.5 litre of water, 500gms of meat and 1 packet of herbs.After water boiled put in meat and ingredients.Simmer with medium heat for 1 ½ hours, add seasoning to taste.

准备1.5公升清水及任何500克肉类 (将肉类用热水氽烫去除血水,备用) 及材料。
以猛火煲滚后放入肉类及汤料。
再用文火煲约1 ½小时,调味即可。
