- Fry 800g~1kg of chicken pieces until golden brown.
- Stir fry "Mamami Satay Chicken Paste" with 100ml of water.
- Add in the ready fried chicken cubes. Simmer over low heat until sauce thickens.
- Optional to add 20ml of coconut milk or evaporated milk and grounded peanuts.
- Ready to serve when ingredients are cooked.
