Cooking Instruction:

  1. Fry 800g~1kg of chicken pieces until golden brown.
  2. Stir fry 1 packet of "Mamamai Kapitan Curry Paste" with 250ml of water.
  3. Add in the ready fried chicken. Simmer over medium heat until paste thickens.
  4. Optional to add 50ml of coconut milk or evaporated milk and bring to boil.
  5. Ready to serve when ingredients are cooked.
