Serving Suggestion: 5 person
- Fry 800g~1kg of chicken pieces until golden brown.
- Stir fry 1 packet of "Mamamai Kapitan Curry Paste" with 250ml of water.
- Add in the ready fried chicken. Simmer over medium heat until paste thickens.
- Optional to add 50ml of coconut milk or evaporated milk and bring to boil.
- Ready to serve when ingredients are cooked.
